Grooming appointments typically take 2–4 hours depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and the services requested.

Yes! For everyone’s safety, we require up-to-date rabies vaccination records from your vet prior to your appointment. Please also check our Grooming Policies before your first visit.

Please potty your pup before arriving and let us know if your pet has any allergies, sensitivities, or behavior concerns.

For safety and efficiency, we do not allow owners to stay during grooming. Your pet is in great hands with our experienced team!

Let us know ahead of time! We’re happy to accommodate and can work slowly, offer breaks, or schedule during quieter hours. Medication may be recommended for your pet’s comfort and well-being.

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks. Short-haired breeds may need less frequent appointments, while doodles and long-haired pups may need more. Nail trims are recommended every 4 weeks.

We’ll always try to save the coat if possible, but if mats are severe, shaving may be the safest and most humane option. We’ll discuss it with you first! De-matting will incur additional fees. Please feel free to ask us if you need tips for brushing your pup!

We accept cash, credit/debit cards (except for American Express), and checks. We do not accept digital payment platforms. Payment is due at time of pick-up.

At this time, we do not groom cats. We specialize in dogs only.
